Operating in the post harvest field from 1945, our management, with the help of researchers, is continually interested in finding solutions to the technical and scientific problems related to the ripening of fruits, to the special treatments with modified atmospheres (M.A.) and to the whole applications of the refrigeration-maintenance.
The production concerns special technologies finalized to improve the qualitative, economic, and working aspects of the methods of conditioning and valuing of the fruit & vegetable products with particular attention to the management and control of the ripening process, to the shelf life during the preserving cycle and to the transports, in a technological optics of hygienic guarantee, of added value and feed.
